Meet Dr. Reising

Adam G. Reising, OD, was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana. He attended Indiana University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in German. Upon graduation, Dr. Reising was accepted into Indiana University School of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2003. After graduating from optometry school, he returned home to join the practice of Drs. Reising and Burkhart. He is a member of the Richmond Lions Club and First English Lutheran Church. Dr. Reising is married to Katie Reising, who is a teacher with Richmond schools. Together, they have three children: Samuel, Claire, and Sophia. Dr. Reising enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors coaching soccer, biking, or playing sports.
Meet Dr. Burkhart

E. Cy Burkhart, OD, is a native Hoosier, born in Logansport. He attended Indiana University and recieved his Doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1979. He and his wife, Denise, have one daughter, Heather. She and her husband, Any Minor, live in Zionsville with their three sons: Ben and twins Ryan and Noah. All three grandchildren love playing soccer.
Our Story
The practice specializes in medical eye problems and provides both glasses and contact lenses. We offer the latest technology in diagnostic eye care equipment including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), a new, noninvasive, noncontact, transpupilary imaging technology that can image retinal structures similiar to an MRI.
Our modern and state-of-the-art facility enables us to provide the newest in optical design by taking specialized measurements for a full range of Varilux lenses. Using the VisiOffice technology, we can deliver the most precise, individualized vision for your new glasses. The VisiOffice is so advanced that we are the only practice in town with this technology!
